Estimated shipping time

You can typically expect your items to arrive within 3–7 business days for standard items, depending on your location. Large or freight items (fireplaces, saunas, robot mowers, large outdoor equipment) may take 5–14 business days via LTL freight carriers.

What is your Return Policy?

At Premium Outdoor Outlet, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee (original shipping charges are not refunded).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 14 calendar days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@PremiumOutdoorOutlet.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee is charged for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. This fee is deducted from your refund amount.

The Luna's signature rounded corners not only enhance its modern aesthetic but also provide a surprisingly spacious and comfortable interior. Its smooth curves create a sense of flow and openness, making every sauna session feel like an escape to a private spa. The Luna comfortably seats 4 people and is available exclusively as an electric sauna.

Features

The Luna Sauna is crafted with pride from 100% Canadian wood, locally sourced and expertly shaped by Canadian woodworkers and artisans. It uses solid single-stave, Grade-A solid cedar bevels with seamless construction and no tenon joints along their length, ensuring durability and a beautifully detailed design. Our 100% Canadian cedar is made for the outdoors and can withstand all weather, from the harshest Canadian winters to the hottest Canadian summers. The Luna Sauna includes an EPDM rubber shield roof membrane to ensure no water comes through the top of the sauna, with a slightly sloped runoff so no water pools on top, plus cedar trims for a seamless look. The wood is sourced from certified sustainable lumber mills in British Columbia and Ontario. All sauna packages come with a 5-year warranty, and the Luna is designed for straightforward assembly with supporting videos and PDFs, along with easy ongoing maintenance.
