3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
4. Return Process
Email us at support@PremiumOutdoorOutlet.com or call 424-283-8310 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Use a trackable carrier service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Ship the item within 7 days after receiving the return authorization.
5. Return Shipping Costs
No cost to the customer for return shipping (covered by Premium Outdoor Outlet).
6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
Change of Mind: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Request must be made within 30 days of receipt. A 25% restocking fee applies.
Defective or Damaged Goods: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos or videos. We will offer a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
Incorrect Product: Inform us immediately. We will arrange return at our expense and send the correct product.
Product Never Arrived: Contact us if your product doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time. If confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Order Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before shipment. If already shipped, follow the return procedure upon receipt.
7. Exceptions
Non-returnable items: custom or personalized products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods (unless unopened), gift cards, and downloadable software.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you by email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Late or partial refunds may apply to items returned more than 30 days after delivery or items not in original condition.
9. Exchanges
We replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items at no shipping cost to you. Contact support@PremiumOutdoorOutlet.com to request an exchange.
10. Timelines
