If Your Order Arrives Damaged
We recommend checking your shipment as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any signs of damage—whether to the item itself or the outer packaging—please note this on the delivery confirmation before signing.
If you’re unable to open the package at the time of delivery but believe damage may be present, write “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt.
