Estimated shipping time

You can typically expect your items to arrive within 3–7 business days for standard items, depending on your location. Large or freight items (fireplaces, saunas, robot mowers, large outdoor equipment) may take 5–14 business days via LTL freight carriers.

What is your Return Policy?

At Premium Outdoor Outlet, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee (original shipping charges are not refunded).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 14 calendar days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@PremiumOutdoorOutlet.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee is charged for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. This fee is deducted from your refund amount.

Thoughtfully handcrafted in Ontario from locally sourced Eastern White Cedar, the Granby offers the perfect balance of warmth, comfort, and durability. Known for its lighter natural color and tight, refined knots, this cedar creates a clean, rustic appearance while providing excellent resistance to moisture and long-term wear. The gentle, natural aroma of cedar encourages you to slow down, relax, and fully unwind.

Built for lasting quality with solid cedar cradles and durable Ontario-sourced metal shingles made from Hamilton steel, the Granby is the most compact model in the Cabin Sauna lineup, comfortably seating 3 people and available exclusively as an electric sauna.

Features

The Granby Cabin Sauna is built with 100% Canadian wood, locally sourced and shaped by Canadian woodworkers and artisans, using solid single-stave Grade-A cedar bevels with no tenon joints along their length for a seamless, durable finish. The cedar is naturally resistant to rot, decay, and insects, standing up to harsh Canadian winters and hot summers alike. Its premium metal shingle roof kit is made in Listowel, Ontario from 28-gauge Hamilton steel with a Silicone-Modified Polyester (SMP) painted finish engineered for years of maintenance-free colour and corrosion protection. The wood is sourced from certified sustainable lumber mills in British Columbia and Ontario. The sauna comes with a 5-year warranty covering defects, and is designed for straightforward assembly with supporting videos and PDFs, along with easy ongoing maintenance.
