Shipping Policy

 

Premium Outdoor Outlet ships to the contiguous United States (USA). Free standard shipping on all orders.

 

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST begin processing the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Times: Standard orders: 3-7 business days. Large/freight items (fireplaces, saunas, robot mowers, large outdoor equipment): 5-14 business days via LTL freight carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or freight scheduling.

 

Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and LTL Freight carriers including FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics, and Estes Express.

 

Tracking: All orders include tracking information provided via email after shipment. Track at PremiumOutdoorOutlet.com/track-order or directly on the carrier's website.

 

Damaged Packages: Report damage within 5 days with photos to support@PremiumOutdoorOutlet.com. We will arrange replacement or refund.

 

Incorrect Address: Ensure shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
