Estimated shipping time

You can typically expect your items to arrive within 3–7 business days for standard items, depending on your location. Large or freight items (fireplaces, saunas, robot mowers, large outdoor equipment) may take 5–14 business days via LTL freight carriers.

What is your Return Policy?

At Premium Outdoor Outlet, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee (original shipping charges are not refunded).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 14 calendar days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@PremiumOutdoorOutlet.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee is charged for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. This fee is deducted from your refund amount.

The LeisureCraft CT Serenity MP Barrel Sauna transforms any backyard or cottage into a peaceful retreat. Part of the Canadian Timber Collection, it is handcrafted from Eastern White Cedar, prized for its lighter, natural color and tight, refined knots that create a timeless, clean appearance with excellent resistance to moisture. The MP model features additional halfmoon windows for extra natural light.

Each sauna features solid cedar cradles, aluminum bands, and stainless steel hardware for long-lasting quality. Its barrel design maximizes heat efficiency, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere for relaxation and recovery.

The Serenity MP comfortably seats up to 5 people, making it a well-suited backyard retreat for couples and small families who want a bit more room than the Harmony. This wood-burning listing includes a matched heater, floor plate, and chimney routing so the sauna is ready to operate as configured.

Features

The Serenity MP Barrel Sauna is built with 100% Canadian wood, locally sourced and shaped by Canadian woodworkers and artisans. It uses solid single-stave Grade-A cedar bevels with no tenon joints along their length for seamless, durable construction. The cedar is naturally resistant to rot, decay, and insects, and is built to withstand harsh Canadian winters and hot summers alike. Rust-resistant bands are made in Canada from T6061 marine-grade aluminum for added durability. The sauna includes 20-inch wide benches for comfortable seating or stretching out, plus halfmoon windows for added natural light. Wood-burning heater options each come paired with a Flat Floor Plate and a choice of chimney routing (out the back wall or out the top) so the heating and venting components match. The wood is sourced from certified sustainable lumber mills in British Columbia and Ontario. The sauna comes with a 5-year warranty covering defects, and is designed for straightforward assembly with supporting videos and PDFs, along with easy ongoing maintenance.
